Fulfillment operations are analogous to basic manufacturing facilities where the raw material is the mail and the finished product is accurate data and an encoded check ready for deposit.

Improved Control
The DocuTran Fulfillment system allows you to assign priority levels to batches of work, and prioritizes work accordingly for all automated and interactive processes. The Dashboard status screens allow you to track work through the entire system, providing several different views for a more holistic understanding of the entire operation. You an also see what each operator is currently doing, including a description of the task and the unit of work.

Efficiency
The DocuTran Fulfillment system allows co-mingling of different clients' work while still making separate and unique bank deposits. Each clients work is separated into uniquely identified batches in the mail room. These batches can be fed through high-speed imaging equipment. Check payments can be determined by CAR/LAR and/or keyed from image - a far faster process than sorting by amount in the mailroom or keying from the paper. Checks are encoded, endorsed and sorted for deposit to the proper bank and account for each individual customer without any need to change encoder endorsement plates. Deposit tickets, bundle summaries, etc. are all prepared automatically.

Leveraging Your Current Investment
For non-check payments (i.e. credit card) and special instructions, the DocuTran Fulfillment system can be integrated with your existing data entry regimen so that these data entry chores are completed with the efficiency of key-from-image rather than by keying from paper. Changes to your host system are minimized because data is transmitted in a format and by a methodology that you specify.
