Through our support contracts, Tangent Systems provides extensive support to developers and customers.

If you purchased a Tangent software product through one of our distributors, you should first contact them, as they are most familiar with you and your application. Should the need arise, your distributor will contact Tangent Systems for assistance.

If you purchased a software product directly from Tangent Systems, then you should contact TSI.

Technical support is available Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm CST. Optional 7 day, 24 hour support is available. Support is available as part of an ongoing, software support contract, or on a per-incident basis at our current short-term hourly rates.
